  • How many people can you accommodate?

    We can accommodate up to 200 people depending on the location.



  • Do you offer vegetarian and gluten-free options?

    Yes, we have several vegetarian and gluten-free options.

  • Do your Gift Cards have an expiration date?

    No, be our guest anytime you wish!

  • Are the restaurants handicap accessible?

    Yes

  • Do you require a reservation?

    We suggest making a reservation for parties of 6 or more.

  • I’m having a party, can I be guaranteed a particular room?

    We can only guarantee privacy in order to accommodate the size of each party.

  • Can I reserve my event date?

    Yes, however we do require a deposit to hold the event date.

  • Can I bring my own cake? Is there a cake cutting fee?

    Yes, you can absolutely bring your own cake, and there is no additional charge. We also offer a wonderful selection of cakes for your convenience.

  • Can I come in early to decorate for my private event?

    Yes, just let us know what time you would like to arrive. We do ask that you refrain from the use of confetti.

  • Do you offer a separate Children’s Menu?

    We do offer a Children’s Menu for children 12 and under comprised of all of their favorites. We also offer a Children’s Party Menu which includes a drink and ice cream.

  • Do I need to give you my guests’ entrée choices prior to my event?

    No, they can make their choice when asked by their server on the day of your event. If you would like to give them the opportunity to choose prior to your event, it would be helpful but not required.

  • How will my guests be seated?

    We typically arrange tables to seat 8-10 people. Our banquettes can also be arranged to accommodate large parties. Our goal is to ensure the comfort of each guest.

  • How long do I have the room for?

    We typically allow 3 to 4 hours which is the length of most parties.

  • When do you need my final head count? What if some of my guests do not come or I have extra who show up?

    We request your final head count 14 days prior to your event. We prepare for the number of guests provided; therefore no adjustments can be made if your head count lessens. We can accommodate for additional guests and make any necessary revisions at the end of your party.

  • Do you provide off-premise catering?

    Yes, we cater small backyard BBQ’s to large weddings. We offer different types of service levels; from delivery to clean-up to accommodate your specific needs.

  • How do I request a charitable donation?

    Piccolo Trattoria proudly supports charitable organizations in our restaurants’ local communities. Please contact the manager at your local Piccolo Trattoria to inquire about charitable giving availability and our “Raising the Dough” program.

  • What is your “Raising the Dough” Program?

    On the day agreed upon, we will donate 10% of our sales from everyone who brings in a flyer supporting your fundraiser.
